Default Puget Sound Toyota Owners Festival 2010!

IT'S HERE AGAIN!!!!

You've all been wondering, some of you had given up hope but OH NO!! PSTOC.org has come through for all you Toyota nuts again! So if your car is perfect, half apart, unpainted, blindingly shiny, so muddy you don't remember what the orginal color is, bottom line if it's a Toyota, Lexus, Scion or just has a few Toyota parts this is your show! So enough with the pleasantries lets get right to the fun fun details ;)

Keep up with all the details and come tell us about yourself here
http://pstoc.org/board/viewtopic.php...p=62338#p62338

BIG Question, WHEN?
October 3rd 2010
Roll-in at 10am
Show 11am-4pm

So where is this largest annual gathering of Toyota's in the North West? Glad you asked.

The Brand New Griots Garage location in Tacoma!
3333 South 38th Street
Tacoma, WA 98409
Interactive Map Click Here

We over filled the last location lets see if we can do it here too! Much more parking and it will be designated parking based on Model so be sure to get in your preregistration in!

Speaking of Preregistration this year if your for sure coming you can submit your info for free here. http://www.emailmeform.com/builder/form/akV4aXybaAT
This will help get everything organized for a better event for you.

Now you'll still have to pay to get your car entered in the show and as always we offer a discount if you register before the show.

Preregistration price is:
$12 with a NEW/UNOPENED Toy donation for Toys for Tots.
$10.80 w/Toy if your a registered Basic Member of PSTOC.
$9 w/toy if your a Silver, Gold or Lifetime member.
(Click here for details http://www.pstoc.org/board/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=4635 Basic membership is only $4 if you donate in September or if your really tight on cash $3 in October but it will expire on January 1st 2011 FYI)

Day of price is:
Non-Members
$15 w/toy
$20 without

Members
$13.50 w/toy - Basic
$11.25 w/toy - Silver, Gold, Lifetime
All members are held to a higher standard and required to bring a toy to help the less fortunate.

What you'll get is a car show unlike any other, there will be games, raffles and gift bags, as well as vendors that'll be glad to help you trick out your ride or just yourself ;)

Side note, due to Washington State gaming laws we will not be selling raffle tickets and sadly there will be no car raffle this year but you will get 2 free raffle tickets with your paid entry and can win more by competing in the games and challenges throughout the day!

I'd like to put out a HUGE THANKS to our sponsors so far this year!

That is a big ten 4 good buddy. Though this year will have a distinctly different flavor to it so not as much hoon-ing.

So can you break down the registration? If I understand this right you save $1.20 if you are a member of PSTOC, bring a toy, and pre reg? Otherwise its $2.70 more day of with a toy & being a member? lol this is complicated...

If your a basic member you save 10% off the price of the event. If Silver or above you save 25%. It was alot of math for me as well when I drafted up the post so I understand lol. There are other benefits to donating as well. Yes Dustin is the MC and god willing we might have Mrs. Gabi dishing out her usually magically delicious food. Also there is an edit to the main post concerning the registration page.

We are kind of aggravated at Paypal at the moment so this will mainly be day of payments with those who did the free preregistration getting the lower price. You'll be able to free preregister up until the Friday before the show. That is unless we can locate an alternate payment option soon. Please make sure you visit the official thread on PSTOC.org if you have any questions so they can be answered faster. Thanks!

Also to be clear, to get membership pricing you have to have donated to PSTOC to get the donation member price. Just being registered on the website does not count. Hope that clears it all up.

Good news we have a paypal option now!

Please visit here if you'd like to prepay and not have to worry about it day of!
http://www.pstoc.org/board/Forms/PreRegistration.html

Please remember that being a forum member and being a donation member with the cheaper prices are 2 different things. Everyone can be a forum member but those who have donated to us have special perks like this

thanks guys! remember this is not only huge to keep PSTOC up and running all year, its our main fundraiser for the annual Toy Drive. This is how we get literally thousands of toys into the hand of the much less fortunate each year. PSTOC has strived to be the largest donating club for the last 4 years and with your help, some much less fortunate kids will have a much better Christmas!
