COOL that your dad will be coming!!!

How many people have relatives with Scions as well? How many couples have multiple Scions? I'm going to start a new thread for this...

Yes, DAD DAD DAD! When dad is home, it's dad time, all the time.

He told me today that he just can't see himself buying an xB and that he doesn't look right in it. He's thinking about just having me sign over the 1990 Dodge Caravan (that stinks like mold) and roll in that. How horrid is that?

But if someone was there, selling their xB for a reasonable price... he might get caught up in the moment/deal and be swayed.

The problem with bagging is the handling is not that great, but it's the price you pay.

Oh hey, duh, thanks for the link!

I don't know if my father would be turned on or off with the mods. I'm leaning towards him automatically thinking the warranty would of been voided by that and a warranty is something he's a bit nutty about.

But seriously... find the chubby blonde with the plethora of children with her and the old man hanging out with her. I my dad is to interested in seeing everyone's mods... so show yours off to him and then the sales pitch, lol.

I just talked to him and confirmed him to be there. I told him I've told everyone he needs to be talked into an xB, lol.

Well, it looks as though we'll be lucky and have a dry night, YAY!

Where do you think, Doug? All lined up pretty in the NE corner (between casino and outlet-near I-5)?

Actually the handling isnt compromised that much. It might be bouncy or a little more firm depending on how much air is in the bags, but it still rails around corners as much as an xB can.

Looking forward to meeting everyone.

That sounds good to me, I don't know how crowded it will be on a sat night. We might have to park more on the south side, or if we have to by the home depot.

I don't know about Saturday but I've been there on Friday nights and the parking lot doesn't get full all the way down there then. But who knows... maybe there's some hot (sarcasm) band will be playing and the place packed, lol?

The Home Depot area sounds good. But it was mentioned that we should be seen from the freeway (we could park nice in line and put our parking lights on) and I think Home Depot has all those sheds and stuff blocking?

Doug, you ought to show up early and pick the spot!

lol Is it just me, or is that parking lot never more than 1/4 full? And they're adding on to it? Well, I guess if they're adding onto the casino and the parking than they must be intending to book some cool stuff there that would require it, I guess. Nevermind, this post is now worthless.

Ok, I went out and it looks like either the north east corner across from mcdonalds or the south east corner south of the fountain would be the best spot.

the north spot is next to mcdonalds so there is food. the view from the freeway is about the same no matter where you are, there are bushes and shrubs all along the front.

Let's try south of mcdonalds at 7pm and make a decision from there.
