Yeah, still nothing back from them Since I did the RSVP thing to their Invite.
It will come, they are probably waiting to see how many people want to show.
This is going to be great..

Ya I can't wait for this - even if I have to get up at 6am to be there in time

Current weather for this day according to weather.com

high of 76 and showers w/ possible thunder/lightning storms... looks like another day at the races with rain maybe

I am driving up from Medford, Or on that Friday the 7th for Scion VIP and I am planning on staying in Monroe that night. I have never been to Monroe so I do not know the hotel set-up. Does anyone know if there are nice/descent hotels in Monroe? And what about a do-it-yourself car wash? If anyone could let me know I would really appreciate it and if you have any recommendations on a hotel. Thank You

I hate when it rains on show days!!! Always seems to happen especially up north!

Yeah, but they can't predict that far in advance. Hell, they almost can't even predict the day before..

Wish I could do that. Unfortunately, I work Fri. night, so I'm going to try to get off a little early if its slow, off at 11pm, up at 4am, not much sleep in between. I'll have car packed before I go to work so that is taken care of.

So, should we pack our chairs for the show? Will the show cars be close to where the VIP tent will be? Questions I'm sure a lot of people will have before the day of the event, just wondering.

Robbie, i'm pretty sure we'll be sitting in the same section as we did last year in the stands from what I read so i don't think you'll need any chairs

Yeah, I figured we would be in the same section of the bleachers, I was thinking more before the racing, during the show. I'll probably just leave mine at home.

Umbrella is always in the car and I have a packable jacket that is sorta rain proof, as long as it doesn't rain too hard, lol.

Ok a little update. I talked to Justin Scion Regional and he said they are working to provide a category for both Gen 1 as well as Gen 2 rather then group them together. Also he said " I will check to see if Tanner or one of the other pro drivers can be available to hand out some if not all of the awards. He's working sourcing 3 dj's to run the tunes on his dj - xB and will also have the xbox - xB there with games. Plus more cool things are in the works. I'll post more as I hear it.
