Got the last ever set of Tweaked Ice blue tinted convex side mirrors in the mail today!

Install looks a little daunting, but I'm sure I can pull it off in this lego car of ours.

Its really not that bad, the scary part is pulling the mirror off, you think your going to break it, but some how it comes out. Good luck on the install, you will love them.

Well I broke the OEM glass on the driver side haha, both did come out though, oh well.

Umm, do yours stay flush in the stock frame? The Driver side one I'm working on now doesn't seem to want to fit as well as the OEM one did.

no, it didnt fit as good because remember the stock piece was flat, the new one is convex (has a curve to it) as long as its stuck on good (check by pushing out from the inside with a little force) they you should be golden!

BTW, have fun backing up your first time, lol

im still getting accustomed to them!

Well, caulked everything in place, think I'm happy with the placement now, seems to fit right enough, the driver one still doesn't feel perfect, but I guess it's aftermarket glass..

... and the driver side one keeps popping out, wtf this is getting annoying, now I'm out of the double sided tape and such.. ugh.

keeps popping out of the plastic frame? mines stuck pretty good the first time, when double sided tape sticks and unsticks it looses alot of its adhesion, i would use new tape and clean the plastic surface pretty good, you dont want these to break, lol

Get a gallon of Edead liquid form elemental designs and you will be amazed at how easy it goes on and how far it goes
hmm.. didn;t think about the "fire proofing" thanks as far as the sound proofing goes? it works really good.

My wife said that if my car catches on fire that I'm pretty much screwed anyways, so why not sit back and watch a BIG 'OL FIRE..

hooked the subs up to some test equipment and the sub box rattles the pots and pans in my apt....lol

going to go bug clokwerck soon to hook up the amp in his car (he has an aftermarket one set up already) and all the wiring so i can test to see if the amp is in good working order.

yes i know i can use a computer power supply. but i only have one in the pc im using right now. dont want to blow it testing the amp.

im hoping it does because this dilly is ghetto fab!

and i have some idea's on a way to set up the subs without a box.........

I fear i wont be able to get 20mm's with the tanabe coilovers, sean had some crazy offset like that on his wheels and he was cuttin up the side walls like a cheese grater and that was with rolled fenders....but we'll see maybe 10 or 15
