Is a TRD/DF210 a good set up?
My next project....scored free TRD suspension parts from neighbor. They had an xB a couple years back and the dealer "forgot" to install these. So they just gave them to them to be installed later...they have sat unopened for 4-5 years, until today.

Now just gotta wait for an install day.....it's getting awfully nice outside, hope one is coming up soon.

soo... some of you may or may not know, but i had some blood work drawn a couple weeks ago....its not anything serious they just haven't been able to get a needle into me in 8 years (i hate being poked by sharp objects, particularly needles) and decided they should check....so EXCELLENT news... I'm not even sure how this is possible, but my LDL (that's the "bad cholesterol") is only 102 (100 is "optimum") so despite being heavy, I'm healthy in the cholesterol dept! well I'll keep ya posted about the other test info as i get it

the letter they sent me only mentioned the LDL, but i know they did more tests, they took 2 vials...i think i will get the full results when i go in for a follow up, the cholesterol was one thing i was worried about, and the other is diabetes, he said he was going to test for it, but it wasnt included in the letter with the cholesterol results

So I got bored and tired of looking at my dirty a$$ center console and decided to pull it out... in the process I found out that there /IS/ a light on the shifter for illuminating the gear selection, going to paint something and rotated the shift *** cause it was getting in my way... here are a couple pics

Pics didn't post .. so oh well
