I know haha. He also gave me his convex side mirrors. They are a little hard to adjust to. But yeah, the freeway was all lit for me, definitely worth the $200 I got for them. There goes 2/3 of my paycheck

yeah especially if you have never had HID's or projectors before because they definitely help you see better. I would have picked those up if i hadn't had my accident. 2/3 ur paycheck is worth it because how you got some sexy as hell headlights! what you got planned next?

I had HID's before, but whatever.

Not really sure, I dont really have a plan besides maybe a tint and POSSIBLY wheels a little further down the road. Thats basically it I guess, cant really think of anything that will make a noticable difference that will get expensive and hard to remove (lip kit, turbo, seats, etc).

oh okay. yeah upgrades are pretty expensive but a new set of grills look nice. especially the RS1 grilles but those are pretty much impossible to get a hold of. you could get some FIG grilles for like a 100 bucks and get rid of that front badge. that's what i eventually wanna do with mine. a set of fogs look good to.

I got the VRD grills a few months back for like $50 on eBay, so that is checked.

Literally everything I have thought of that is a quick upgrade I have already done. I dont really mind and I shouldnt really put THAT much more into my car IMO, and neither does my dad. He found out I had a 12' sub with a huge ported enclosure in my truck by opening it to stick his suitcase in it (droppng him off at the airport), haha.

Was going to throw in some HID's from HIDGUY, but they sent me the wrong ones. They are sending me the correct ones on Tuesday. Anyone have a good place for the relay to be put on a gen 2?

be careful about air bagging anything....while ride quality can be slightly better....the heightened failure rates and problems inherent with such a system can be scary.

not knocking airbags but i think anyone interested in doing them needs to do their homework first.

Pete, your 100% correct with that, anyone wanting bags needs to do some homework and see what they are getting into. I also recomment installing yourself, or being involved in the install, so when (eventually....)something goes wrong, your more inclined to know what and how to repair it. 9 out of 10 times, it's a leak in the line cause it was run improperly. I had about 3 failures in the first couple months, all line related. you learn from each one though, and your system only gets better as you learn. Mike, i think your mechanically inclined enough to do bags, and if you do, I'll gladly help however i can. And if you want to piece the kit together, let me know, I'll get you as close to wholesale prices as i can.
