Working on the house some more. Got a new sink, mirror, lighting and cabinets for our half bathroom. All is left is to have the granite cut to size and install everything.
Theater is almost done. Got a new door for the rack and a door for the theater, just have to frame in the door - still trying to find the right wall sconce lights, then that will be complete.
as for the car, i will be putting in the back seats this or next weekend - this will be the first time my car has had a back seat installed in 4 years. It's going to be very weird to have that in there again. Hoping to get some decent inexpensive wheels since we decided to keep the car. Maybe one day i will get to do more to it, but the house takes priority

Hi everyone! Long time, no exist. Please don't tell my tC that I'm cheating on her with a 37 year old mistress, though.
New front brakes on the old gal. Discs, rotors, pads, lines, fluid all replaced. Also a lot of cussing at ancient bolts, 1970's "technology" and the fact that I forgot that I didn't have beer until I had already taken the wheels off.

I'm still alive, glad to see you guys are both kickin' too. I've been so ridiculously busy at work I've had just about zero time for anything other than working, coming home, playing with the dog, and then passing out so I could repeat the process.
I actually bought the old gal back in February and only just now got a chance to play with her, which was heartbreaking to see her gathering dust.
I've got a lot of work to get done on her, but I'm already loving her to death. The motor is strong, but needs some carb tuning to be solid. The brakes, I'm 50% done with redoing. Wheels need a refurb, totally need new tires. Suspension needs basically a full bushing replacement (37 year old rubber is hilariously old...). The owner before me cut off the muffler and put a slip-on Cherry Bomb exhaust can which is loud and annoying and stupid so I'm going to either get a shop to re-do it for me, or teach myself how to weld and custom make it.
Seeing this list, and knowing that this list is only like 1% of the stuff I need to do, is making me sad. Here's a picture to cheer both me and you up.

REar sway bar in and wow it really makes a huge differance.Straight line driving is not so sloppy and bouncy, corners you dont have that much lean now and steering feels crisp.
Add to that the stoptechs and Hawk pads and honestly it drives like a differant car.
