I'm keeping the hubs for now... I may change them out when I do my rear diff swap, as I have to run new shafts back there as well.
Right now I've swapped in the Toyota 4x4 4 piston calipers up front with new rotors, which add better braking, which are pretty, seen here-
Sometime this year I'm going to remove the rear drums and swap in Z31 rotors, with 240sx rear calipers and a new mbc. That will allow me to run an hydraulic rear brake, and I'll add a line lock up front during that time for good times as well.
I got the coilovers on today and test fit. I haven't really adjusted them much, but the fronts can drop the frame to the ground if I wanted, but the rears I can only drop about an inch more (which is probably low enough anyways).
I'll get them adjusted next weekend The front camber is way off and they are too high all around. The front I'll drop another 1.5 and the rear another 1.
I'll get my oil catch can setup all fabbed up and I should be good to get back on the street.
Here's some fun pics of today's work.

Looking into making some convex blue side mirrors. Should be starting my rear diffuser in a month, hope to have it finished by TORC.
Does anyone know anything about hydrolics/actuators?

^ Time for a Motor Swap! Now that'd be a nifty PNW mod.
Best to get it back up and running, have a bit more fun and go FRS! (It's FATE!) God is telling you that the time for the xB is over.

I'm researching and pursuing the PnP2 Megasquirt ECU that was just released for the SR20DET platform. It looks perfect and comes all set up for MAP at like the 800 dollar range and is PnP with even a decent base tune and start up profile. the AEM V2 starts at 1200, plus the MAP and Temp and such.
I've been playing with the tunerstudio software and it looks solid. The VE, AFR, and Timing Tables are straightforward and it features a great realtime VE /AFR tuning modifier to help tweak the tune and get it right where I want it.
With the new turbo, I can really see what I can get out of throwing some higher injectors in there and having some tuning fun. I hope to get it fully dropped this weekend and possibly back up and idling at least... then it's turbo break-in/adjustment time and some tweaks electronics wise.
It'll be nice to have a really sweet project that was pretty much all DIY. (Paint from Nick though) and no shop involvement in building it. Hand Made Baby.

I AGREE
This is what I told my wife, both of these actually. I really did consider a motor swap, but she isn't having it. she wants me to get the car up and running again so I agreed. Now i just have to get her to agree to letting me get the FR-S in june

Well, I'm pretty much sold on the Megasquirt PnP for the engine. I started it up today an d bled the coolant system to get all the air out. I need to get the brakes bled and lower the front a bit more before driving around, but I hope to get all the kinks worked out then throw the new ecu in and change to MAP.
Here's another idea that I've found online and may be a fun mod to add a nice hydraulic brake to the rear.
