LOL ok yah night rider days..

The self tint stuff is crappy. I think they sell it at local auto part stores. That stuff starts to peal, and bubble bad. It also leaves a sticky glue behind and it makes it hard to see out the window after the tint is removed, or peeled off.

What is the front winshield tint then? I was thinking about doing 20-30% tint so i might go with 25%. Not sure yet... but i wanna get mine tinted in the next few days!

If it's the same Jay I know and use for tint (Frankie's in Lynnwood), he'll advise against the windshield tint. IMO it's a pretty dumb idea. All it takes is rain at night and you're driving blind.

I only got a visor tint for my windshield, I would also not recommend getting ur windshield tinted... it attracts the cops. Jay's Tint shop is in Redmond, Totem Lake area.

Jay tinted mine as well. 20% in back 35% in front.
Still looking great after 15 months.

Whatever percent tint you get is the amount of light getting in. If you do not want to draw to much attention to yourself I would go with 50% in the front two windows, thats what I have and it works well!
