In addition to the normal Kitsap M&Gs over at Heartland Scion in Bremerton, we've decided to do something else with that week in between. Since most of our contingent consists of people just right across the bridge and everyone from the south side of the county, we've decided to migrate a little north to accomodate all those from Sequim, Port Angeles, Townsend, etc.

Starting next Thursday (10/12), and as such, every second and fourth Thursday, we'll be meeting all the way in Poulsbo at the Super Wal-Mart at 6:30pm. Hopefully, this will be able to bring out a different group of people to join up with us.

I hope some of my days off will fall into that schedule. I miss most of them because I work till 8:30pm and it's to late to head out. On my next day off though I'll try my best get out that way.

That's only about an hour drive which isn't too bad.

Hey Lee.. how was the turnout for the first Poulsbo M&G?

 

It wasn't too bad. The usual gang showed up (Jason, myself, Paul, Andy, Phil), and we had a brief appearance from Brian K. (atomicfuze)...now that we showed up like right behind his house, he was able to hang out with us for a bit.

We had a perfect spot. Right in front of the turn-off into the parking lot, so everyone going into Wal-Mart saw us. A lot of people pulled over to stop and chat with us about the cars and stuff. Hopefully more people from the north side can join up with us next week. =P

 

Awesome. Sounds fantastic. Keith (keith05tc) and I plan to be there this coming Thursday. See you guys there. (And I also work this Sunday.. so I won't be at the big show. I work 3-9. I could make it there but I'd pretty much have to leave one hour into it. Sooo.) So yeah.. see you guys on Thursday!

Duh, man. The Big Show! The current ECW World Heavyweight Champion.

Seriously, though. If anyone can make it out to Silverdale on Sunday, Scion Evolution, SE Kitsap, and Heartland Scion are having a car show at Nuts About Hi-Fi. And since Nuts doesn't usually open on Sundays, they're having a big gigantor sale inside the store, too. Along with a whole bunch of prizes and whatnot. Well worth the drive across the bridge and help push the SE name out there. If things go well, there are going to be a few non-SE drivers there at the show who plan on competing as well, and that would be a good time to advertise our happy dysfunctional family!

Bummer.... Wish I had like a couple more days heads up on this one.. I would have definately headed up there to support the SE Kitsap group.... Besides, I don't think I've met anyone besides Jason...
