Default Vandalism

I don't know why people feel the need to vandalize other people cars but I know it sucks being on the receiving end of it. My car windows were painted Early this spring, my stock hubcaps were stolen and today someone decided to snub out a cigarette on the plastic cowling between the hood and windshield. It melted the plastic and it is too dark to really see how bad it looks right now. They left behind a clue, the Camel cigarette. The only people around here that I know smokes Camels is my neighbor below me. Cops can't do anything of course and what can I do except stoop to their level.

Thanks, I had to vent. Anyone else get random vandalism on their Scions? I don't even know my neighbor so I have no idea what there beef would be with me.

cough..pellet...cough...gun...cough...cough.

**Disclaimer: Only if you're 100% certain you know who did it. Otherwise, I'd say it's time to move.
My recommendation if you stay in the PDX area....stay south of King Rd. and get as deep as possible in to the suburbs.

LOL.....thought about a pellet gun but I don't own one anymore and I didn't want to stoop to their level. Retaliation sounds good but it doesn't fix anything.

Vanilla was vandalized when I had put less than 500 miles on her - someone tossed a large chunk of concrete over an 8 foot chain link fence onto her, damaging her hood and shattering her windshield. No idea who or why.

Landon, is it? People can be jerks; selfishness, lack of respect for other's property, envy... many reasons why people do what they do. The saving grace is knowing that there are people out there like all of us who have respect for one another. I feel ya though, I went out one morning about a month ago to have a cigarette at like three in the morning, and someone smashed in the front of my hood. I figured, the upside is that now rather than repairing my hood, I'll just get a CF hood! HA

Some people just have no respect for people and their property.

my mom had her brand new corolla less then a week before someone paintballed it from one side to the other, in our driveway, they stood just out of the street light's range so we didn't get them on camera

My car has been broken in to and keyed several times. There is nothing you can do about haters. Just hope you see them like I saw one and carry a side arm. The Judge asked if I felt any remorse and I do, I wish I had shot him in the head.

*sigh*, I was a victim last year..two months after I bought my car brand new off the lot some dbag decided it would be cool to splash thinner or brake fluid or something of the sort on my car at a big car meet..not only was that bad enough but the shop my insurance company reccomended I take it to royally eff'ed up the job, overspray everywhere, the millage was rediculous on the doors, they didn't block sand the doors either and they looked like the ocean with all the waves...and they put a stain on my drivers seat and ruined my drivers door panel. It was hell getting them to agree to fix it...but they did..my car will never be 100% to me though after that fiasco.

the person who put whatever they put on my car started a chain of events that definately did more damage than they set out to...and it was already alot..I'm still not over it.
