If there's anyone wanting to lower their xA, these struts would be perfect for you. In trade for your stock-height struts and stock shocks, I'll give you my after-market lowering struts and shocks. Here's a picture:

The front of the car is about 2-3 inches off the ground. I just need more clearance since I'll be taking my car on a few road trips to the desert. I'm also going to be getting rid of those charcoal-colored wheel covers in exchange for some silver spoked ones as soon as the new ones come in the mail.

Message me if you're interested, or if you're another Scion owner who would like to get together in the PDX area and gush about how awesome our cars are.

And to the PDX guy looking for a low, grumbly exhaust, I might have just the thing in exchange for your stock exhaust. I don't know how removable it is, but I'd like to tone down the sound of my car since I live in close quarters with quiet people.
i'll do up the trade if they can swap wid a 1stgen xb

okay guys we went down thinking it was struts, it wasn't and she had lowering springs.

we talked and decided to replace what we could so the rear now has stock springs.

i wasn't going to chance making it so we couldn't get the front struts back together again because the auto stores were closed and we couldnt rent a set of spring compressors. and i wasn't going to screw this lady over to make anyone happy.

so we left the front struts alone.... yeah i can hear you all saying well why not just swap out your old struts for the other ones. well clokwerck has lowering springs as well and since the lady wants stock height it was a no go.

we compromised an i did the rears and since she wouldn't have to buy stock springs all she would have to do is get the front ones installed. and than ship the front springs to clokwerck.

clokwerck has the rear springs from her setup and dibz has been called.

sorry guys

Your struts/shocks are more than likely stock. Your xA is sitting that low because you have lowering springs installed. To return it back to stock height you will need to buy a set of stock springs and install them. About an hr job with the right tools.
I see stock springs for sale on here for cheap. Worse case hit a salvage yard and get a set of used ones.

I haven't installed them yet, I haven't had time to just yet, band trumps car right now lol. But as soon as I do I'll probably post some pics. Although when I looked up the AG brand springs for the xA it was saying that they are 1.6 in back, 2 in front (I think), my sprint springs that are on my car right now claim 2 inches all the way around, so I'm wondering if it's gonna be any lower at all. Her car looked REALLY low when I saw it. I am running 17s though....hmm....

Yeah, I read it but missed where you said it was springs. All that talk about the struts and shocks causing the drop was a bit much. Plus the OP never updated if they understood what the real deal was. Just weird...

Clokwerck, running 17s has zero effect on ride height.

Wouldn't it depend on your tire size? Cause if the overall wheel size was larger or smaller I would think that it would change your ride height. Doesn't really matter anyways, at any rate, I don't think the springs that I got from her car are going to drop me at all lol.
