Oregon/Vancouver peeps...speak up. How are you doing? I'm watching the I-5 closure, the accident that almost ran over a KGW crew (but did destroy their equip), and the most amazing footage from viewer at the corner of SW 20th & Salmon!!!! Oh my gosh...now that is FOOTAGE!!!!

I hope all y'all are safe and at home today!

The farther south I went this afternoon on my way to work, it got worse, by the time I got to Kalama, the freeway was down to two lanes, but they were clear. Porland was closing up their offices at 3pm in the hopes that everyone could get home before things freeze back up. All of the abandoned vehicles on US26 were being towed to a parking lot near the zoo and odot was footing the bill, you had 8hrs to retrieve your car or it would be towed to a tow yard and the bill would be on you. Ahhh winter, lol.

Well I got picked to work up in Longview/Kelso today and it took me 2hrs to get there ( with chains at 20 mph) longest drive to longview yet. Like Rob said Kalama was pretty much the cutoff point for horrible. Tonight's trip was a little dicey but I'm driving the company van so as worried as i was it could be my own car to get jacked up. But alas I digress it just started snowing here again.

I am hoping my drive home tonight isn't too bad, have hills to go up when I get into town, good news, I'm driving the 4X4, bad news, its on stock tires and no weight in the rear, just makes it interesting. Went to the mall yesterday and drifted the xA around a parked 300zx in the snow, lol, watching too much F&F tokyo drift, lol, slow speed e-brake drift.

actually i am loving this weather... one cause i have my dads nissan pathfinder to get me to and from work... those things have awesome traction control... and two cause since the sun has gone down and no one is out driving i have been gettin sick sideways in my hachi out there... i actually pulled a really really nice drift where i adjusted my angle 3 times with just the throttle and minor steering inputs... if only i made enough power to do that on dry pavement... oh elusive 20valve silvertop... i will get you... oh yes i will.

Here is a good clip of cars sliding down a hill here in Portland. Good for a chuckle since no one got hurt.

well this sucks one of my customers that bought a rs4.0 xB called yeaterday and told me that while she was park outside her apartment on Capitol hill some one lost control after doing brodies in the street and slam into her new car. She is coming by today to have it looked at by the body shop down the street from us
