Yes, it can be done.. just need extra wiring needed...
if i supply all the stuff, could you do the install? if so how much? and wat i was specifically thinking was having a rocker switch up front and when its on they turn on with the dome light and when its off only the dome light turns on......is that too complicated?

Yes, that will work..

Or you can use 3 way.... on/off/on switch
So one ON for dome, middle for off, another On for manual on...

I don't like to work with cathodes, since they are little bit more work to install it..
But I'll have to charge $140 for all 4 of them...

thats like the same price you quoted me if i didnt supply...

and for the cathodes, its randodes kit so everything is already wired and just needs to be connected to a + and - which should make it as easy if not easier than leds

$150 was for the Underdash and cupholder, using my parts...
My parts are easier to mount....

Part doesn't cost much, it's running the wires and mounting is the main part..
You are doing a rear seats also.. that's another running the wires..

Yes, cathodes are just + and - also, but they also have ballast... they are harder to mount cause of the size..
Compare to my LED module is 1.5" x 3/8" in size...

Rear cup holders lit up are awesome! I wonder if the wires that are run for the front cup holders can later on be tapped into for the rear's?

Yea, easily tapped into, but matter the most is running the wire to the back and make sure they are all tucked in and not visible....

Good news, now I can do the full 3rd brake light plus optional strobe feature..
I did the final fitment with the new LED and it matches up with the TBL housing...
