if I had known I would have let you go as my guest... sorry to hear about this and I agree that there was some big mess ups. I gather there was allot of pull from Scion Corp on what they wanted and miscommunication with these guys. I gather they are a very small firm that have gotten quickly overwhelmed by this project.

Thanks, I'm sure this was not easy thing to put together, but where it broke down the most was on the lack of communication, like I said before, a simple email or phone call saying, "sorry but there is no more room for you" and that would have been the end of that for me.

even if your friends have their guests all signed you could always try and see if you can get a roll away brought in or bring a sleeping bag. It would be a shame for you to miss the event if you should have been here

there are different resorts being used. The Motelago Village is the resort used for everyone in group 1. It looks like a really nice resort and more like a community than a hotel. Because people in group 1 will be staying there longer than everyeone else they probably hooked em up with that resort which would be like a small home so that they can live there for more than a couple days.

All the resorts are incredibly nice, but the Montelago Village is the only one I noticed that is setup like a town home.

I wouldnt worry about what your hotel looks like, they're gonna be sick.

Just to make this clear, i was not trying to bring drama, just wanted voice my opinion on how badly this event had handled by beyond marketing, cause once again I'm not the only one that got threated this way. Bootleg Canyon Detention Basin is not in any Map database online that I tried

Got the cross street right in Mapquest but I need the street number and I am sure i ma not alone on this. GPS needs DATA man!! Give it up!!
