it was a good game indeed... the suns need to find a way to stop sam cassell.. he started off slow but when he gets hot he stays hot

ok...JC's voice is totally gone ...that was a very good game...and shots were going in both sides of the court...Elton Brand, man that guy was a beast tonight..but you know what, as long as it's only him scoring inside and not Kaman..if Kaman scored more than 20 pts. then it would've been a different story...

now with the Suns...the MVP put out MVP caliber numbers...Shawn was on the boards and scored baskets...Diaw is truly the MIP of the league...and LB, man this guy is even faster to see in person ...Bell knocked down some key shots and helped the 4th Qtr. run w/his 10 pts. in that last qtr....we got some good production from Tim Thomas, but that foul trouble hurt his minutes

...it was a fun night at the arena...the crowd was into it, but one thing though...when Nash was shooting the free throws, the MVP chants were weak...i mean weak...the "Beat LA" chants didn't come til the end of the 3rd i think....the Phoenix crowd needs to bring in more energy on Wednesday!

I think the crowd was a little hung-over from the LA series. Maybe they were out of breath from the game.

I think they'll get vocal. This series should be as close as the first. Maybe not for 7 games but each game will be hard-fought. The Clippers know they can beat us, they'll put it together in LA for sure, I just hope they don't take home-court from us like the last series.

 

yeah, that was key for the Suns to get over too...i think the key for Game 2 is to keep the tempo up again, Brand will make his shots (just like the strategy with Kobe), but as long as you don't have Kaman gettin 20 pts. and 20 rebs....Cassell will always a have a hot hand in the 4th Qtr., he's done that his whole career

Cassell is scary.

I think, if the Suns win at home and steal one in LA, they'll be able to end it in 5. Otherwise I'm fearing a long haul for them. We'll see in game 2. If they dictate the tempo and roll to a 2-0 lead then they'll be in the driver's seat. If LA dictates the pace, no matter who wins game 2, we should all dig in for a big fight.

 

It's all about da tempo of da game! If they play their game da Suns will win. 30 point quarters they will win. But we will see how it goes come game 2! GO SUNS!!!!!!!!!!

The clippers are owning the suns tonight... i cant keep count of all the offensive rebounds the clippers have pulled down... suns down by 14 at half... not good

 

CLIPS 65 - 51 SUNS 14 lead !!!

Damn Clips got 15 offensive rebounds and total 36 rebounds already at half time!

Hope they can keep it up in 2nd half and steal one from Phonix

 

yeah, the Clippers are doing what they said they were going to do...pound the inside and use their height...Cassell is running the show tonight and the Suns looks like they're relaxin' and playing like they're content with winning Game 1

hopefully this is not another LA series in the making ...the Suns need to do the same and take 1 in LA

yeah, it was just complete domination on the boards by the Clips...if your opponents Offensive rebounds are more than your TOTAL rebounds, there's no chance in hell you're going to win...the Clips did what they needed to do, run selectively and pound the boards

i know the Suns are small, but someone needs to box somebody out sometime
