its 35% i wasnt sure if it was 30 or 35 and yeah its pretty dark.

sdtcqueen: can you give me more info on how you're going to sign it off? do you have a local officer that would sign it?

Rear doesn't matter you can have any percent tint you want in the back or rear side windows in California. I think 20% is perfect...it's dark enough and cops can still see you, sort of. I plan on going with 17% all over besides the back which will be 5%. I guess the only way to avoid if you see a cop is roll down your windows as fast as you can. haha.

there's a reason their pulling you over for that. it's for their safety not just because they want to be dicks. imagine you being a cop, would you want to walk up to a car you cant see into? see how many people are in it, or if they have a gun pointed at you. there's been an number of police officers that were shot in the face as they walk up on a routine traffic stop. being an l.a county sheriff's deputy i know this first hand. when ever i approach a car that has tint, unless the windows are rolled down, i have my gun drawn. i don't want to get shot in the face. would you?

that's where i got the name from cause i was gonna join as i know alot of them. but decided not to join for certain issues. but i still see them regularly. i'm actually going to be kicking it with some of them tonight. i was to lazy to change my screen name so i just left it.
