i know that when i pass smog, my paper work will magicly get filled just befor the ticket gets thrown out

all this for a B.S. ticket!
so who wants to bail me outta jail when i have to go to court and cuss out the judge on this B.S. system? after this im looking into a pre 70's car for a daily driver scr3w this

im broke and cant afford to pay the fines, i'll wreck the car befor i let them take it from me!

California sux to live in, highest taxed an no freedom at least when it comes to cars lol

SO I GUESS IM REALLY LUCKY.. because the ticket never got posted lol.. all this time i havent driven the car scared of something happening and all the departments ive been calling dont know anything bout the ticket.. the officer has till october to post it.. so i just have to pray and becarefull lol.. daym cars been sitting there for too long.. =\

, the state revenewers are looking to make a fast buck on any one they can ive see some crazy things cops are doing that border on harrasment on even stock cars

if you modify your car in any way its prob. illegal.
im shure if your car isnt factory with HIDs and you have them its prob. not legal
theres alot of laws that are stupid as far as legality

any one get busted in a limited yellow 1st gen Xb yet? if you have the AEM intake im told its not legal and chances are you didnt get the stock intake to even swich it back, the state reffs told me that most intakes arent legal at all they could now be considered modded emissions wich will get tougher im shure!

if the new age hippies aka green freaks have there way we wont be able to mod cars in any way! and the goverment is starting to cave into them! F. U. hippies!

the truth is nothing is zero waste or enviro frendly the batteries in hybreds and electric vehicles are TOXIC and no one hase a plan on disposing the chemicals in them! so much for your frendly car!
most batteries have a limit of charge cycles after that kiss them good by then what do you do with them? the electric dream car is still along way away from being safe and reliable. enginers do sometimes look far enough ahead to waste factors an prossesing materials
used tires are still waste so once again there is no such thing as a zero emmision vehicle

alt fuels have many draw backs too but every ons flipping out over the new automotive tech thats still not proven or reliable over conventional fuels



from what i get from cops and goverment putzes is if you mod your car you will be under severe pusishment for violation of SMOG and saftey laws

wich is what i thought things like SEMA were supposed to protect is our very right to improve on what standards the manifacture meet by bumpin up performance and enginering of cars

if we cant stand up to the goverment we cant drive the cars we can enjoy then we should all drive Yugos! dont laugh if you stay silent you will be forced into a crappy car like that

average H.P. car in late 60's and 70's was 380+hp and has now tappered off to measly 200hp were loosing the demand for performance to gain fuel economy. a well tuned engine pollutes less than stock and in some cases improve economy so why are we all getting screwed?

the auto industry is out of touch with people and make what they want the big 3 are dying cause the make crap and dont stand by what they make. i cant wait for the new camaro lets see how long it lasts i liked the GTO too bad it was over priced and dealers screwed the final cost with a huge mark up like the SSR and HHR so they should go under!

yes im ____ed and i did pass SMOG with a illegal and with a stock intake so WTF? if my car passed with an suposed illigal intake than dosent that make the law about them BULL? and i even was passed due on a oil chandge when i did it so F the test its B.S. and not proven to affect positive impact on smog! i say it creates more on having to go back an fourth fixing the B.S. problem!
