i know that the injen CIA isn't street legal in California. im looking to get injen exhaust, so i was woundering if anybody knows if the injen exhaust is street legal in California? or should i go with the magnaflow system? thanks.

 

i believe it is legal.
i have it and its not too loud and should not be a problem

 

what i mean by legal is that will it pass smog next time i need to have a smog test done on my car.

 

all axle back exhaust systems for the TC will pass smog

 

exhausts do not affect your emissions.

 

the injen cai is smog legal it comes wit a carb exempt tag if i'm not mistaken...

 

No intake is carb exempt yet...

 

ok thanks for the help. i have a few more questions, hopfully someone might know. has anybody had any type of warrenty issue with getting work done on a scion with engine mods by the dealer? for example, intake, exhaust, etc... and also what type of intake and exhaust whould a scion tc owen recommend for my brand new tc. thanks for the advice.
