According to the events calendar I recieved.

The date is locked in for Oct. 18

This can change though.

The past 2 years, the event started around 7:00 PM I think but the parking lot got full to capacity faster than expected.

This will be a fun event and everyone should not miss out!!!!

The '04 Scion Night at Knotts was hosted by KIIS FM, Seacrest hosted it. You had to test drive a Scion to get tix. '05 was a parking lot event, driver and occupants in a Scion got tix to the park. It's been on or around Oct 26, and a weekday (like a Tues. I think.)

I'd assume we should be hearing about '06 soon. (I think there will be something on the Knott's and Scion websites if I'm not mistaken).

We all should really consider meeting somewhere first and then caravaning
all together in a big group.

This way, we all know we are from ScionLife.com and would eliminate the
haters and such. Last year there were a lot of people ******* each other
and pulling off that, "My Scion is better than yours, biatch!".

It really killed the vibe and fun of the night.

I don't want the Scion community to turn out like the Honda rice-war
community we all usually tend to see out on the roads of L.A.

I say we have a meet n' greet in the day, hang out, and then all head
over to Knott's at nighttime. It would look awesome too with all the
Scions together on the road in a big line.

Someone should really plan this.
Perhaps a bbq/potluck at a nice park?

We could also take a big group picture and show our future kids

Last year was pretty fun. We got there at about 2 pm I believe, and the street was filled with scions! Traffic was being blocked as people tried to squeeze in line to get into the parking lot. Good times, and free scary farm tickets. Let the haters hate, it's all worth it.

A meet and greet would be a good idea. Scion Life rolling up all Boulevard Nights style. good stuff!

That is actually an excellent idea, except many folk will be rolling with their clubs. But honestly, a scionlife meet and greet then rolling en masse to Knotts would be way cool.
You plan it and post the details. I'm in.

I say a bbq/potluck starting in the morning is our best bet if we
all want to gather together and then head over to Knott's!

8AM to around 1-2PM ish?

And then head straight to Knott's after we swiftly clean up.

Our best bet for a NICE park would be El Dorado Park in LB.
You all probably have seen it before. It's right next to the 605S past
Long Beach Town Centre. It's a great park, HUGE, and ULTRA clean.
We can all pitch in and rent a picnic/bbq area. I believe it's $110 to
reserve a spot.

Thinking about it, I believe it would have a great turn out.

It's just the $$$ to buy food, meat, utencils, and to rent a spot at any park
would be the hard part. Maybe a club or dealership would be willing to sponsor
such an event. Someone ask your friends, ask your connects, ask anyone!

Btw, there are just some ideas. If you have any other alternatives,
make sure to let all of us know!

I'm kind of getting excited about this now!

Yeah--my wife's work reserves one of the small picnic areas every summer. It is like 9 bucks a person or something and you get all the chicken, pie, dogs, and potato salad you can eat. Its not quite as good as eating at the chicken dinner place, but there is no long line and yo get as much as you want.

I believe the date is locked in for Oct. 18th.

The Corp / Regional schedule won't be listed unless a date and location are confirmed.

Best is to check www.scion.com and there will be more information in regards to the event.
