I'm thinking about heading out to Vegas sometime in the next year and a half. I'm from So Cal so i figure a few years in vegas, go to school, then hopefully by then i've had my fill of LV and i can go back to L.A.. So where is the place to live where I wont get destroyed by tourist traffic/crime/noobage? From what i've gathered from this post, Henderson seems like a nice area.. and you can see the stars, which you dont see much of from Los Angeles.

Info please!

Oh and I'm still up in the air over whether to get a tC or a Altima Coupe. Any suggestions?

Oh and whats the big differences in the vehicle law in Nevada over California. I'm kinda expecting this to be huge... seeing as in Cali you cant put fuzzy dice in the mirror without a cop pulling you over.

Not that i would put fuzzy dice in my mirror... thats so fresh prince.

I'm thinking about turbo, neon, and tinted windows mainly - don't know a thing about cars.. so i dont know what else to add.

i live in henderson and like it, but i am out towards boulder city. i would stay away from north las vegas and parts of east las vegas. south and south west are also nice along with summerlin and near red rock. i believe henderson insurance is cheaper then las vegas and boulder city is even cheaper. most traffic comes from the north into las vegas during the commuting hours.

^^go with the turbo, and the windows. cops dont give em crap and i have limo tint on mine. and ill be dropping my turbo in as we speak literally.
as for the neon DONT DO IT. we have enough tC's here killing our image.
neon=rice.
unless u were talking about interior neon or something then its cool.
cops dont really give us ____ unless we drive crazy. so take it easy and ull be fine. they dont even know if our cars are turbo from the factory or not.

No neon, check...

I was definitely thinking about changing the LEDs on my interior lights. Adding Pioneer AVIC D3.

Was going to go for Altima Coupe but I think I'd baby it too much and with the money I save from that I can put more into a tC.

I stay on cardomain and anywhere else i can google just looking at people's setups. I've been drooling for going on a year now. I'll probably get one out in North Carolina. Nautical Blue. Is it worth spedning more on the 08 or will a 07 do?

neon underglow just isnt me. if you like that then that is your preference and its cool. you may not like things that i have on my car.
but LEDs and stuff on the interior look great imo.
