Luminics or Nokya
Well, I'm kinda low on Bling and as sad as it is, I can't afford HID's..........so I have to settle for blubs.............I just want to know, fellow Scion owners, which blub would u rock...........Luminics or Nokya........based on brightness and life............though I heard stocks last longer............
Let me know..............preferrably xB owners.........

well I had Luminics Hyperwhites on a tC and had no problems and got alot of compliments from people.
I have heard tons of horror sotires about luminics service and quality though. If you are going to get them, don't get em from luminicsbulbs or luminicsdirect, get em from somewhere else.
I have heard good things about Nokya Arctic Whites as well. Just don;t get tht pure blues or wateva, looks too fake.
Hopefully others weigh in as well

I would never ever purchase or suggest any Lumincs products to anyone again. EVER.

Yea don't refer em to this Scott guy, but if u never used em, you can;t say anything about their quality . . .
Now if u have used them then that's another story.

I have a full set of Luminics JDM Yellow bulbs (head & foglights)
The foglights are almost a year old and still going strong. They seem a little bit more yellow now. On my headlights I'm on my second set. With the first set, one blew out when something hit the headlight housing, other than that they are working fine.
FYI, they are "off-road" use only, but haven't had any problems when passing officers.

So again, I repeat, I would never buy another Lumincs product or suggest them to anyone ever again (i.e. meaning I have purchased and used their product)

well heres a lil bubble buster for all you people that use bulbs. all after market bulbs, burn wayyy hotter. hotter than stock. and seeing as you wires are only stock. and not hid converted or even temp capible enough to withsand it.. the ***** and conection burn. i have luminx jdm yellow and mine are fine. so far. last week moble tech (shop next door) sponsored one of the marvelous guys for an hid conversion
when we pulled the wires off his (polar blue or somthing) his conections were fried.
check your stuff
and be sure that if you gonna get bulbs that they arent that high in k
its cheeper to settle for lower temp bulbs than to replace all those wires n stuff

I had nokya bulbs and they fried the left wire harness and it cost me about $150 to fix at the dealership. They do look nice and all but its not worth it. They only lasted me about six months. At first the left headlight wouldnt go on, so i checked it and put the bulb back in and it seemed to be workin fine, but a month later i took the bulb out again and the harnass was burnt out and didnt work anymore. If you use these type of bulbs you also run the chance of burning out the whole wire up the cars wiring harnass and that will cost you over $1000 to fix.
