my trip to Sacramento pics... Aug 11 to 18, '08
it was pretty fun, yet bored. haha. here are the pics...
before the trip, i changed my wheels back to stock.
next morning, we ate at my dad's restaurant in Monterey Park.
after getting gas, it was time to start our (my little sister and i) adventure to NorCal at 1:15pm.
at 1:55pm, we passed Six Flags.
looking towards Bakersfield.
at around 4:15pm, i got pulled over by CHP for speeding in the 70mph zone. i was going 82mph on highway 99 near Fresno...
at around 5:05pm, an elderly couple passed me in their TCM xB. the driver tapped the horn at me when it passed me. i didnt think about tapping my horn so i flashed my foglights. it then went on to highway 152 from highway 99.
finally got to Elk Grove at 7pm.
when i got off of the freeway on Elk Grove Blvd, my fuel light came on. yes, i made it there with only 1 tank of gas. also, it was my first time to reach 365.8miles on one tank. it got 38 mpg for it. w00t!!!
getting gas.
got to my aunt's house.
they have 2 puppies.
during the week, we watched Tropical Thunder (it was an okay movie), played tennis, went bowling, and other stuff...
on Friday, we went to a trampoline place where you can jump around the area. it cost $10 per person. after that, we went to see watch a soccer game that my cousin was in.
my cousin's team won the game 5-1.
after the game, i walked in the field to see how it feels like.
on Saturday, we went to the California State Fair at around 5:30pm.

the news van was there. it could be reporting about the small fire and a fight a night before.

at 7pm, we watched The Hypnotist – Terry Stokes. pretty fun show.
after that show, we watch some other show.

my cousin ordered fried White Castle.

TOYOTA!!! but no Scion...
my cousin tried to win something, but didnt.
before we leave, we watch the fireworks at 10pm.
this is today when we pack up to leave to SoCal. thats my crazy cousin in my car. LOL!
my cousin was wondering how can i get my car up the driveway without scratching the lip. this is what i showed him. i got way enough room...

at halfway point in Hanford, i decided to get gas, just in case if i got stuck in traffic.

i must say, she took some pretty good shots.
at around 4:40pm...

at around 5pm, we saw this RS2 xB going south on the 5fwy near the 405 intersection.
at around 5:15pm, we saw this TCM xB that was bumping the music loud.
got back home at around 5:40pm.
