inappropriate is the guy in the civic doing a burnout in a loaded parking lot w/ people walking or standing around.

 

^totally agree with that some people have no brains what so ever, he should have cuffed them and sat them in the back of the car for a bit to think it over

i talked to a guy who was at that meet so basically what happened was

dude in civic was talk to the cop about somebody who just stole his wheels.
when he took off he was walking over to confront the guy who he thought stole his wheels.

either way, dumb move in front of a cop

 

Oh! Now the cop's remarks make sense. I was wondering why he said "I don't give a ____ if those are your rims."

 

Though the kid hella deserves it, it's still unprofessional on the cops behalf. Throwing swear words and acting like he's a cop from a bad movie...

You just do not do stupid shiet in front of a cop. It's common sense. But still, no right to throw swear words at the stupid kids.
