wow bro that looks sick ...... wait so you telling me that power coating can take Manifold and Thermostat and not melt ????? with all that heat? well if you can do that then im going to give you mine also . My pipes are not in the car i sold my first set so the ones in the picture will be new in a box , im going to measure then the bigger ones and write you back . It will be nice to match the valve cover with the pipes but let me find out for you so you can give me a total price. If you need anything for your bike tell me i got 2 jobs and one is at a bike shop .

The high temp powder coat on the manifold will eventually flake/bubble/chip since it can only take 1500* and the exhaust manifold can get as hot as 1800*+ under load.

The only reason why the customer wanted the manifold coated was because it was covered in rust and he wants to sell it. So he had me sandblast it and coat it so it would sell faster.

If you want your manifold coated, it would have to be ceramic coated. I have never done ceramic coating but Im not scared to try lol

Measure those pipes and Ill see if I can help you out

And I think I want a PC3 for my bike now that I think of it LOL

Thats Perfect man! What color did you want again?

For single colors on the valve cover I charge $60, for your intercooler piping I charge around $135 But in your Pic I also see you have an intake so with that the total is $150 for the piping for any 1 coat color

Your intake is the pipe with the VAC tube and where the MAF sensor goes.

Ill make you this deal, if you do decide to go with me and Powder coat your pipes and valve cover, ill just keep it at $135 for all the piping
