Does anyone here know of a wheel/performance shop that stocks R2 wheels?

Every place I've tried to order from does not have the wheels in stock and needs to order them from R2 (they're currently on a 6 month backorder for the ones that I want).

I know this is a long shot but I need to find a place that has the wheels IN INVENTORY, ready to purchase and take home.

If anyone can help me out and point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it.

lol did u try all the rentawheel locations? some do have them in stock i assume.. what color u looking for? my friend has practically new black ones and maybe getting rid of his.. its like mine but in black.

haha yeah i tried all the rent a wheel locations. i put a deposit down last december and they still can't get them in.

i thought they were BSing me so i went to F1 and put a deposit down there since they seemed pretty honest. i called them yesterday to check the status of my order and they said that R2 is having issues with their manufacturing overseas. it's going to take about a month to have the wheels made and then another 2-3 weeks to ship it over here (cargo ship i assume).

i was trying to get my car ready by at least late spring/early summer but it looks unlikely at this point.

i ordered the hyper black/black chrome finish

i might roll to the meet this thursday. its just been a little tough b/c my girl takes night classes at mission and i have to drop her off and pick her up since there's never any parking. oh well, 2 more months til she graduates...

but yeah, if you decide to roll to the northridge meet this thursday, i'll hit you up when i see you

just to let you know if you don't get them soon, i just got rid of my car, and my friend is thinking about selling my rims.. ohh well

I saw the new ride from the SA meet pics - congrats man, that thing is pretty sick looking!

I've actually cancelled my TC project b/c I recently test drove a BMW 335i and it completely changed all my car plans. My TC just isn't as appealing anymore haha

But its still a couple of months away so a temporary wheel upgrade isn't completely out of the question. How much is your friend looking to sell the wheels for?
