I spoke with SCE this morning and he said they would be very interested in designing a copper gasket for the Scion tC. This would resolve leaking gaskets from header and turbo manifolds.
I offered to send an OEM gasket, but he said he would prefer to have a header or manifold to work from. If he goes by the OEM gasket, he may just duplicate a problem since it is unusual to have a 5 bolt system. Toyota is using alot of surface area to seal instead of direct cylinder pressure from bolts.
Anyone in Cali able to help?

ehhh I just called and he said if there is someone who will send theyre gasket and if they is enough interest it will be made...but its only like a 20-30 gasket.....
not enough worth for me NOW to take it apart and send it in...Im only like 10-15 minutes away

I was trying to see if anyone close to them had one that they could shoot them. But, I'll tell you what, if no one jumps in to help, I'll shoot you my Fedex # and cover the shipping for you.....I suppose they will send it back....with a gasket.
Can you give them a call and see what their process is for getting it back to you...along with a free gasket to you for your trouble I would hope.

I just talked to the gentleman at SCE gaskets INC and i will be dropping by tom to drop off the OEM and aftermarket header. If all looks good and they decide to market the Gasket then it will be on sale in a month or 2.. I'll keep youguys posted on this.....
