Any one know when the roll in for this event is? How long will the event take place? Do we have a place to sit? Or do we have to bring folding chairs / popup?
I need the info cause I'm coming from PHX and need all the info i can get to make some lodging decisions.

From what I know the registration is closed. Sunday was the last day to register. The list on this thread was submitted by another SL member to Urban Racer. I'm hoping everyone on the list ALSO registered on scionvip.com.

We can only speculate as to why some people have received their confirmations and others haven't. But the confirmations/invitations are still being sent out. Yes, it's unfortunate that this is all last minute. However, just remember it's a free event planned at the last minute.

Urban Racer, who is handling this for Scion Corp, just finished a VIP Event on the East coast on Sunday and are probably traveling here to the West Coast to handle all this as we speak. Can you imagine the pressure on them? So the only thing I can say to help you guys with your uncertainty is to be patient and keep checking your e-mails/spam folders. Good luck to all.
