1 part i didnt mention which REALLY bothered me is the fact that they said there was "ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO GET INTO A NEW XD WITH NO DOWN"

Hey Matt, don't let this go, get yourself a lawyer and make them buy back your car and make them pay any lawyer bills as well. From what I know, if they told you the car had not been no accidents and then you find out it was, they have to buy it back, do your homework and do not let them screw you over on this one. If they say they didn't know, that's bull, cause I know for a fact that all dealers do a 100% all around inspection on any used vehicle they buy from anyone, trust me on this one, and if they didn't with this one, then that's their fault and why should you have to end up paying for their mistake. I can't stand that dealer, before i bought my tC at Hamer, I went there 1st, the service a got was crap, I wanted a 5 speed and they couldn't tell me when they were going to get one, so since the sales man saw that I was not going to buy one of the auto's they had there, he basically blew me off, so ____ed, but I'm glad he did cause I ended up at a better dealer.
