About the security being strict, i can talk to the parking officers and ask for permission, i don't see what's the big deal.

And plus, the beach is about 10 minutes away from CSULB, so we can hit the beach and shoot some pics there and then just kick it. Just a suggestion...

All we have to do now is just make a phone call to (81 843-9334 and talk to the manager (OP this is your job), and let the manager know of the date that we are planning on having a meet there and if this is OK with them... most likely the manager will say no problem cuz if he thinks about it... you can park lots of cars on the lot, most likely the people will get hungry, eat at his restaurant, more people will see nice, cool, prettly looking cars, more people will come in... more $$ for his business. besides, some of us want to try out this place, or some might get hungry.. and we can have a photoshoot while eating.

i think that this is a lot better location since we are not in a school property that we might or might not get kicked out of the lot cuz if you think about it, what if the school has class on a Saturday and they might use the lot... or the school has rented the lot to someone else and we are there, not even sure if its available on that date. OR what if there was some kind of robbery, and we were all to blame for it just cuz we were there, uninvited, easy to target cuz there's a bunch of us. theres my suggestion to a location.

that spot sounds good for those that are coming from up north or far west, bluaeon you do have a good point to all of that. as far as the list goes, Team Sciontific will be there except for those who will have to work that day so you can beat there will be more than the list is and i'll try to get some locals to go as well.

Sounds like this thing is coming together nicely! As for the Big Boy...I like it, but can see some hickups too....such as getting all the Scion's parked together. It is a business so for them to mark off spaces just for us would kind of hinder their bizz. BUT, if they're down and willing, then why not!

I think it's still up in the air...various opinions. I think a new thread should be created with another pole on locations. That way peeps can't get bent on one location being chosen over another if its up to a vote.
