so this happened last night? maybe the teen drove off thinking she was a minor and thought she could get away with it.
the scion at least pulled over.
IMO running from police in LA is ridiculous. There is no way the fleeing car can get away, with helicopters and cops everywhere in the city.

Sorry, but statistically speaking, the whole "street racing = death, destruction, and mayhem" reasoning is extremely untrue. Over a 1 in 30,000 chance.

So basically, everyone needs to get off of their high horses. the amount of deaths due to street racing is incredibly minor when compared to that off cell phone use. Yes, all of you that talk while you drive are statistically worse than any street racer. Doesn't matter if you use a bluetooth either, countless studies have shown that it's not holding the phone that causes accidents, it's the act of being in a conversation while driving.
When compared to talking on a cell, street racing doesn't even cause 6% of the total deaths that result from cell phone usage. When compared to drunk driving, street racing doesn't even cause 1% of the total deaths that result from drunk driving. In relation to the total combined automotive deaths of 2005, street racing accounts for 0.3%! In fact, there are more deaths due to smog in the US than street racing! So if you deleted your cats, have a straight pipe, or have headers, you're a killer too...
There are far more deaths due to drunk driving, despite the penalties being far less. Your car can be impounded on your first street racing offense, but if it's a DUI it's the THIRD offense.

okay, believe to have been racing, remember, in this country we are all innocent until proven guilty. maybe it wasn't racing, could have been some kind of road rage incident where the girl in the focus ____ed off the guy in the scion. whatever. get the whole story before you make your judgements.

Sounds like someone couldnt accept a loss. You shouldnt be racing in the first place. Thats just plain stupid. What do you proove by doing that. Cant stand watching kids trying to race on the highway. Especially when they weeve in and out of traffic. That only tells me one thing. Someone just lost and there trying catch up. For what ? Your gonna loose again. All you are now is an accident waiting to happen. So take the loss like a man and let off. FUKN KIDS
