Hey everyone, I'm Caitlin from the good ole Football... err, I mean, Cornhusker State. I just got my tC a couple of weeks ago... not planning on doing anything too crazy with it, but if I get the cash, you never know! I put up a couple pics on my profile... it's blue ribbon metallic. I ordered it around the time they were switching over from nautical blue, so I was a bit weary, but the blue ribbon looks fantastic! It is one gorgeous car, especially out in the sunlight.

These forums don't seem to get posted in much, which sort of bums me out... or if they do it's all mechanical stuff that's way over my head, but I wanted to join and share my Scion love! Forgive me for being a newbie and asking, but is there a way to search for members from your city? I couldn't find a way to do that but I'm curious how many tC's I'll run into on the road. Thanks!

Hey all!

So this is my second time posting about me, since somehow my original post was apparently deleted. ???

Anyway, I'm Kelsi and I live in West Des Moines. I'm Tony's (THansenite) little sister. I'm an office assistant for the Iowa Funeral Directors Association. I just finished my BS degree in accounting. I like to snowboard, work out, drive my Scion, hang out with my friends & boyfriend, and pretty much everything.

I am actually on my second Scion. I had a 2008 BSP xD and was in an accident on April 1, 2008 (after having the car for only 6 months). Here's a photo of that:




I loved the Scion community so much that I went and got a new one (well, and I have kick-a$$ insurance). So now I'm driving BSP xD #2, named Dior. She's still pretty stock, but I have rims and springs and graphics coming, not to mention I'll be painting the interior pieces (for the... uh... 3rd time) when it gets a little warmer out.

Custom chrome lettering on the hatch, painted interior trim, AEM billet oil cap, TRD exhaust tip, stock Alpine h/u, Excel "Fame" rims, Progress springs, XM radio!!! I think that about covers it.
