if you are on the list than you are guaranteed a spot at the show if you arrive before 9:30 AM.

UPDATE!!

Ok here goes! Scion Skate Show, otherwise known as s3 is coming back to Springfield Mo and we're going to make this year even bigger!! We want everyone to come out and show off their rides and have a great time doing it. We are going to set up at the Springfield SkatePark Project (www.sk8springfield.com) on Sunday October 22nd from 11 am until 10 pm. We will have a ton going on, so you will have to stay tuned for updates to this thread or at www.s3event.com. Here is what I can tell you SO FAR.

1. Scion only car show with a TON of classes. such as, Best of show, Best xA, xB, tC, and runners up, Best Club Representation, Shouldv'e Flown, So Fresh and So Clean, Best Female owned Scion, and more to come! It is even rumored that we will do a featured "Stormtroopers Choice" award . . . yes, I said stormtroopers. We have asked a local group of Stormtroopers to attend the event, choose their favorite car, and help sell raffle tickets for the event! If you aren't an imerialist, you might even get to have your cars pics taken with STORMTROOPERS!! We are also bringing in the babes! We'll have our very own Reliable Scion models out to help with raffle tickets and generally casuing a ruckus!

2. Skate Competition! Starting at 10 am, we will begin a full on out skateboard tournament at the event. There are both indoor and outdoor facilities at the location and it is unrivalled as one of the best spots to skate at in the mid-west! If you didn't come last year, you won't know what you are missing if you don't make it out this year! These kids are great and FUN to watch! There are 3 classes and I am giving out $1000 in cash for the prizes in the skate show! There are other sponsors as well for the event, so the prize money and items are going to be huge!!

We are going to have free food and drinks, DJ Imperial will be here once again to spin records, A massage table will be set up for those of you who want to partake in a bit of a rub down, working on a band for after the show and I have had several ask if they can do the show!

This is going to be a great follow up to last years best event of the season! This show is RAIN OR SHINE! Cleanliness counts for judging and we'll be checking the inside of your wheel wells, so clean 'em up!

What a vacation!
I wish I could sell Scion's so I could go see the world any time I want like Alex and Scott do.

 

MWAHAHAHA!! I am back to tell many many stories. Unfortunatly they aren't short, so it will take a round of Boulevard to get me going!

There WILL be an event on October 22nd. It WILL be titled S3. and i do have a HUGE budget to spend!!!

here is what I will tell you for the moment, just so you know that in fact you will be attending.

skate tournament - it was really fun last year! I give them a bunch of money too, so it really draws some good talent.

This will be the 2nd annual s3, and last year it was heralded as "exceeding all expectations" Last years show had 54 entries in the car show, over 150 skaters, raised over $6,000 for the skate park (which is a springfield city park and makes no money - donations and taxes only). The park is complete now, last year the outdoor park wasn't done, and now IT IS! we had pizza last year, but I am thinking of stepping it up a bit and going with BBQ.

So that's it for now. If anyone has any good ideas, suggestions, or anything let me know. I am always down to figure out what else to do.

I will make an all out announcement with rules, regulations, categories, times, and all that when everything is set in stone. Until then, mark your calendars - I have too much money to spend to make this anything less than an amazing show!!
