Scion Champs Chicago Trip
What time is everyone getting into Chicago?
I get there at 11:37 and I figure it will take about an hour to get to the hotel after I land. Is anyone else getting there early? If so, let's plan something to do.

I think they figured us to all get to the hotel before 1 or 2.
I am supposed to land at 11:24am. Looks like I'll probably make the Mariott just in time to check in and hit the roundtable at 2:00.
In any case, we'll have plenty of time for fun on Wednesday night. HAPPY VALENTINE'S!

Coolers on wheels are not permitted in the show, and all bags are subject to search at the entrances. Don't plan to bring a whole pizza through the doors, but a sandwich or two is probably OK.

OK then, ummm.... That whole thing about me having the after party was all a ploy so that I wouldn't feel guilty about partying in your room without offering to use mine. I will still bring the ice... All the info is there about the restaurants, but where is the liquor store on Michigan Ave?

Yeah, I think I've heard of Giordano's before. Lots of Food Network, you know?
One of these days we'll have to swing a Scion trip to Philly for some reason so we can eat at MORIMOTO'S!! Iron Chef, hells yes.
In any case, I'll all up for ClubWhatEverTheHellScott'sRoomNumberIs!
As is tradition, I'll send out Scott's wakeup call in the am.

Maybe the hotel restaurant will have some fresh mint. If all else fails, I am sure they will have some Wrigley's Spearmint gum in the gift shop. Just chew it while you drink. It will be a virtual Mojito.
