Here is the additional information I got from Tim:

The word doc that I sent over is the schedule.
Tue is Red and Jerrys @ 7pm, Wed is Finn McCools @ 7pm, Saturday is Indigo Joes @ 1pm & 4pm and
Caldonia's @ 7pm, Sun is Lodo,s @ 5pm & 8pm

I am checking if there are specific dates or if this is supposed to be every week.

 

if thats every week those saturday afternoon and sunday ones will probly be my options
