I've been working on a logo for the last two weeks or so. I'm not the best at drawing so its not great but I'll bring it.

Well seeing as we are just getting going with this our meetings are kind of sporadic it all depends on avalibility but we are working to pin down at least one monthly meeting. We usually post here about the next meeting. Once we establish a base meeting time and place it should become a regular schedule.

Hey guys the more I think about the name the more I think we should keep the club part. Rocky Mountain Scions sounds good but it also sounds like a car dealer and not a club.
The way I look at it is if people want to make fun of it let them I don't care.

The only problem with moving the cars in closer is then they become muddled and you cant really tell what they are. I am going to see why the wheel wells became distorted I think it has something to do with converting it to a jpg to post it on here... and I will also play with the text a bit to get it aligned properly. I do agree with Gold Toaster though that the Club part does make it look more proportionate.

the only thing I don't like about the new version is the font size, I think that the font size on the first version looks more streamlined and professional. so maybe combine the font of the first with the rest of the second logo.

Actually, I think I know of guy near Golden who could do decals for about $5 each for an 8 inch decal. I'm not sure how big you guys were thinking, but I might be able to find more info.
