Nah no reason really at all, just love driving the car and its nice sunny day and just want to go out and enjoy a good drive in the mountains before it starts getting to cold. Estes Park is usually a good run and then down to Blackhawk, might hit some poker tables for a bit also and snap some pictures.

I'm ok with either way but if we open up a thread for off topic conversation we could keep the club thread organized and find dates easier. Either that or we could leave it the way it is and just tell people to look through the thread and find them?

I have an idea! Why don't we use both? That way yes the pictures are here but for the ones who dont want to read through our entire thread to see our cars there's a place for that? It would b nice... Plus with as many people who are posting now we need organization. Th pic thread is a great idea as long as we post just pictures there and comments and stuff go either here or the off topic thread.

Is there really a need for 3 RMSC threads? Is it that big of a deal to read through the posts?

It just seems like 3 threads will be a lot to keep track of, and more will get lost that way.

I agree that a second thread for pics is a good idea. I have had to go back page by page before to see pics, and the pics I wanted to add would have been several pages behind the others so I didn't even post them. It would also give lurking members and better idea about the member's cars as well as the places we've been. Might get more new members that way.

As far as the meets go, I'm down for the 23rd. The 16th may be more difficult if work backs up. I'll update on that later. I'm sure several of us will have cameras there (23rd meet), I'll try to post some good shots more quickly than usual. I hardly broke out the camera at the KBPI show.

Hayes, seems you were posting at the same time as I was. I don't think that there will be any difficulty in managing the different threads so long as they stay pure to their intended purpose. I suspect this is something that should be brought up at the meeting on the 23rd. We could go over the pros and cons at that time.

Really we want people to read our history as RMSC and where it all started....Having new members look at this thread will give them that.....Including all the cool pics that I've spent countless hours on making them match up with current meets and shows. Also this Thread will show other future members that we're here for the long haul....due to the length of this thread.....

What I think we should do is use this thread for only club discussions like meeting times places and things to do at the meets and shows. use the off topic thread for all non club meet/show discussions and use the photo thread for all the photos from meets and shows. since photos aren't usually posted till the next day there is a lot of discussion that happens right after the meets and shows that then gets buried by all the photos. I also think that it would be a lot easier to follow what the plans are for up coming meets and shows when you don't have a lot of photos to go through to find the info.
