Unfortunatly, I don't think that will work for us. You're a lot closer than we normally have to go, but still too far...
I should be getting the pieces on Thursday for the trophies, and will have to haul the boxes of parts home in the Four Runner that night, which is no big deal.
But, once the trophies are put together, they are going to take up alot more room, and it may take a couple of loads to get them to the show location.
So, if we have to do a couple of loads, we want to be sure we're pretty close to home with them when we do it.
There will be 1 4-foot trophy, 10 3-foot trophies, 10 2-foot trophies, and 14 1-foot trophies to haul safely to the event when they're all done.

Well, looks like Scott wants to do it on Thursday and Friday nights at our house, so I guess he's got it covered...if anyone wants to come over and help one of those nights, let us know.

Hmmm, well, we may have another 1 or two vendors on board as of this morning...we'll see if they send the funds and form in to me in time...
One of them wants to sell some women's clothing and accessories out there (like handbags, shoes, and "cute outfits" she said). I guess we'll see what she brings...Hehehe...we may have to ask her to leave if it's inappropriate for the show or whatever.

Not yet...want to make sure whether our "club tint guy" is on board or not yet...and don't want to bring in another tint person if it will conflict...ya' know? Waiting for final word on him first...
That's my back-up plan though for sure! Thanks sooo much for getting me their contact info! I'm tempted to bring them in anyway, since they sounded like they were pretty primed to do it!

(Boyd Lake Avenue is East of Loveland and the park is just South of Highway 34 near Mountain View High School)

Scion xA, Scion xB, Scion tC, Classic 10's-50's, Classic 60's-70's, Classic 80's to now, European Imports, Asian Imports, Trucks & 4x4's, Motorcycles.
There is also sub-categories of "Best Ice", "Best Interior", "Best Wheels", and "Best Display", along with the "Best of Show"
Car Show entry is $20 each vehicle. Spectators are FREE!
Concessions will be available on-site, but you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED AT THE PARK THAT DAY!
There will be a Jump Castle on-site that day for the little kids, and a skatepark & street course demo with GameFactor!
The park has basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, soccer fields, a championship soccer/lacrosse field, two inline hockey rinks, and playground areas with a spray park area for the kids too!
DJ Hax is gonna spin for us, along with having music out there all day while he takes breaks....and Frosty will be MC'ing for us all day!
