Sorry I missed your call last night...I went to bed really early with a headache, and was crashed 'til this morning! I guess I must've needed it, 'cause now I feel much better today!
I picked up the trophy parts yesterday (they came in early), and Scott put them all together last night while I was crashed! ALL 35 of them! He did an awesome job!
You guys should see our living room though! Hehehe... It looks like a trophy hall with just wall to wall trophies!
We're gonna wait to put the plaques on until after the show though, and we're gonna get them personalized!
That will be really cool! We'll just mail them to the winners. So, they'll get their trophies that day, and the plaque later to apply themselves.

Okay, here's a run-down of the stuff Scinergy members are doing for the show (please let me know if any of these items have changed, or if I need to find other helpers):
BRING YOUR POP-UP TENTS, COOLERS, ETC. Anyone who has committed to bringing stuff, please don't forget it! Also, it will be hot and windy out there, so plan accordingly with attire, and sunscreen.
General Show Location:
ALL available Scinergy members should arrive between 8am & 10am.
We will need to set up the park areas for the show and get the various tents set up for our booths. We will have two park workers out there for the day to help us too, but we need to be there as early as we can!
Show Roll-In & Registration 10:00am-12:00pm:
NEEDED! Parking guides and vendor guides to help people figure out where they can park, set up, etc.
Registration Booth- We will be manning the registration booth and checking in vehicles as they enter the show lot.
Music & Entertainment 12:00-6:00pm:
Hax is spinning, Frosty is MC'ing, and Josh is bringing the equipment.
We will be renting a generator for the day to run the equipment. This may require some attention periodically throughout the day.
NEEDED! If anyone has CD's or MP3's they want to play during the downtimes when Hax isn't spinning, please bring them!
NEEDED! Judges for the event have fallen through, and I am struggling to get them in place now...we may need to resort to using Nick & Scott for all cars other than Scions...and then we just need to find a Scion judge...
I'll post more later...getting details worked out more today too...

WooHoo! Looks like we have a T-Shirt & Poster vendor coming now too! Got the confirmation at lunchtime today.
So, that means so far we have the Jump Castle crew, the E85 Conversion Kit guy, the guys from Stan's Automotive, Ken the Tint & Clearbra guy, and now the Flathead Graphix people confirmed!
We also have the High Country Customs guys coming, and should get confirmation that morning when they arrive...so we're holding a spot for them.

Runs 'til 6:00, but we plan to start the awards at 5:00, so we may be done sooner than 6. (Of course we'll need to tear down and clean up afterwards also, so Scinergy members may be there after 6 too...and the park doesn't close 'til 10-ish)

Well, the idea is that whoever has a Scion in the show for a trophy can't Judge the Scions...we need someone who knows a bit about them, but doesn't have one in the show...

I'll judge if no one else is found, I know a little and Mine IS NOT Entering seeing as my lights will show on friday and the headliner should be out for drilling and .......maybe covering.

Actually, scratch that thought. The more I think about it, the more it might be a bad idea. I could potentially end up making someone in the club mad if they don't agree with my choices. Sorry.

I'm talking to Jason (from Unified Productions) about it now on emails...we'll see what he says. If possible, I'd like to keep any Scion owners out of the judging for Scions...We'll see what he says...maybe he can help us with just the Scion judging...
