They ARE sponsoring the location for the show along with having staff on hand that day to help with setting it all up, and cleanup, etc. I think they are being pretty generous to us for doing all they are doing for the show (there is alot more behind the scenes that they are covering for the event too). Afterall, they could be charging us for the use of the park that day or limiting our use more... but I guess that would make them have a "big city attitude"? LOL

I know it's all in fun, but I need to be serious to get this thing together in time too ya' know?
See, we (as a club) have done shows before, and it requires alot of serious input along the way...and help from it's members!
We already have most of the stuff you've mentioned put together...and the Posters & Flyers will be designed and distributed as soon as we can come up with the official name for the show....
I know it's all in fun, but I need to be serious to get this thing together in time too ya' know?

I still am leaning towards the "Fall in Loveland Car Show",
(since it is a play on the word "love" but not too obvious...).
Maybe if it was hyphenated like this?

I think thats a good one leave out the hyphen. That way it isn't treated like a couples show. We might not get as big a turn out if they link it to a lovey dovey thing since not all of us have a significant other. ( I am not included in this statement ) so dont mistake it as a personal thing

Thanks Frosty, but I think I'll keep anything that sounds like final or ending out of the title. ...and since some have suggested that City of Love or Love City sound too corny, I think I'll stick with the "Fall in Loveland Car Show", and get the design stuff done for the posters and flyers now. I can't wait any longer to get this done, or we won't have long enough to promote this and get everyone to attend.

I like the Title Laurie i thinnk you should run with it plus then you could do something with leaves in the shape of a heart or something in the flyer good luck let me know also if i can help in anyway
