We can discuss further with ChipzxB and the rest of the ScinergyCO club members to see what we need help with and then let you know if we need anything though...thanks for offering!
So far the only issues I would see with having your help would be that your shows aren't usually very "family friendly" (with the LSD Girls being underdressed, the Bands that have too much crude language, etc.).
This show will HAVE to be very tame since it is sponsored by The City of Loveland at a City park location, and we want to make the families very comfortable at this one! It will be geared more towards a family fun day with a car show on the side...ya' know?
Maybe we can get together sometime and discuss futher? ...maybe you can come and talk to us more at NOPI while we're out there hangin' with the club or something this weekend?

Yeah, I can come chat it up at NOPI, as I plan on being there ALL day, both days.
Also, if you want some great flyers done, Id suggest hitting up clubflyers.com I paid $150 (full color front and back) for 5000 flyers for this last show plus $80 to have them shipped to the airport. Overall, was a very very good investment.
As far as help goes, it doesnt have to be "what I normally do", but rather help in general. I like to get involved in the scene and do what I can do, like at the Street Tuner Mayhem show. That technically wasnt a U.P. event, we were more of a "consultant" who did a bunch of stuff there for them as well.

Okay Everyone!
I got the okay on this last poster design and have some printed up to put at places that are willing to post them up. Here's the poster design with the revisions we discussed:
I also have flyers printed up (half-sheets with a little less of the details), and I will bring them along for the NOPI gathering this weekend...maybe we can pass out a few there? I don't know what their rules are about passing stuff out at their show...
I also have the info posted on the City of Loveland website, and have begun promoting the show to other car clubs and on their websites too...there's still alot more to do, but we've officially begun at least!

Yep, I actually put a graphic on their site and a link back to the City of Loveland site where we have a page just for the show.
After we get the details all worked out, we'll post up more info on the City site about it too, (so that will be the best place for people to refer for info about the show)...
Here's the link to the City's page about the show:
http://www.cityofloveland.org/parksrec/FallCarShow.htm
I also went on my lunch hour today to several places here in Loveland to put out Posters and Flyers (US Automotive Machine Shop, Checker, Auto Zone, and Auto Collision Specialists)...I need to follow up with a few of them about doing vendor booths for the show too...but at least the posters and flyers are going out!

I'll bring some up to NOPI and we can pass them out there or if you can pass them along afterwards in your local areas, that would be great!
Thanks for the help spreading the word guys!
I posted the info up on the ScinergyOz site today too...maybe we can get more Scions from other regions to come out for it! The more the merrier!

Cool Ryan!
Thanks for posting it up in the Desert & Salt and following up with the VW's too!
I'll be posting it on a bunch of other sites today as well, and pushing out those flyers and posters everywhere...
Maybe this weekend (at the Saturday "Miss Image" show) we can all discuss how everyone can hep with the actual events that day too, or with getting them set up if we can.
We already have the following commitments:
City of Loveland = show space, concessions, a few staff
Frosty = MC for the day
Josh = Sound System & Generator
Hax = DJ
Judges are in the works, along with trophy sponsors and vendors...
We still need to get more of the games stuff and contest stuff worked out, along with donations from places for the awards/giveaways. So, if anyone has ideas let us know...
Last show we did the following:
Tricycle races, RC Car Races, Hot Dog Eating Contest, Coloring Contest, and Simon Says.
One of the suggestions I have had so far is a water baloon game, or actual sports games (since there are Sand Volleyball, Basketball Courts, Soccer, and Football Fields there already too).

If you mean the show yeah I'm down I have managed to get a few of the local shops to let me out the flyers at thier counter next to the register (i have a meeting today with the big bosses at work today to see about putting them up here and letting me hang posters)
