Hey Hax!
I am working out a general schedule that we will try to go by for the day's events at the show...and I was wondering how often you want to spin that day, and for how long each time?
I want you to feel like you are enjoying the show too, and not trying to entertain people all day, but maybe we could have you do short sets of 15 minutes each or something at different times of the day?

Do you wanna help to MC all day? ...or would you like to offset your MC'ing duties with some of the events and just recorded music and stuff too?
Right now it looks like we might have to have somebody who is okay with MC'ing basically all day, just to direct the show basically from one events to another and stuff (like at the John Elway show last year) but I want to be sure to give you long enough breaks from the mic...

I really don't need a break (I think you all know how much I love to talk). But if you have someone who wants to do it, thats fine as well. Then I don't feel bad MC'ing and winning the show... er... I mean... showing my car! I wont be hurt either way.

We'll all need to arrive out there to get things set up for the day between 8am & 10am too okay?
THIS MEANS THAT ANYONE WHO CAN HELP WITH THE SHOW NEEDS TO BE AT THE PARK EARLY!
Show Roll-In/Vendor Roll-In is from 10:am-12:noon.
I'll post up the whole schedule of events once I know more about the vendors that I am trying to get onboard...
We also need to discuss the extra events for the day (like a Tricycle Race, a Water Balloon Toss, an RC Car Race, and stuff like that), so you guys should let me know if you have any ideas for things we should do out there...

Can you guys bring the other tents you each said you have, and maybe we can get a couple of them set up to cover the back end of Hax's car too then?
We have the Scinergy tent (as always) and then we have the one we just bought too, so we can set up the two of them to cover the Scinergy Club stuff that day...

We are still working on the judges for the day, but so far we have 1 for sure that said he would, and a couple of others that we may bring in...depending on what Nick decides.
Of course, we may decide to have Scott & Nick do the other cars (other than Scions) too, so that we are sure to have judges (if the others don't show or have conflicts). We just don't want to have Scion owners judging the Scions, so I want to be sure to have someone who is impartial for that class...

All the shade we can get that day will be appreciated I'm sure! There's not much as far as foliage out there yet, since the whole park is brand new!
We may also need to have lots of coolers with drinks and stuff on hand!
We can BBQ if anyone wants to discuss that also...
There will be a concession stand out there to buy stuff at, but it's alwasy cheaper to cook ourselves...if everyone pitches in on the stuff to cook.
