Two copies of resume. Preferably on the pimped out heavy weight paper, its kind of a tan colored thick paper. If not available nice thick white paper.
Elaborate on team work, constantly learning, sharing information.
Read up their website, and relate your skills/knowledge to their needs/wants.
I've gotten trick questions like, "whats your worst quality" "why did you leave your last job" "how long do you plan on working here" "Why do you switch jobs so often" "what are you looking for a in a job"
Some questions to ponder. lol.

My 0.5bar wastegate spring finally arrived!!!!!!
Now I don't have to worry about overboosting anymore. I can finally tweak my apexi boost controller to not go over 0.8bar, and fine tune my fuel/ignition map for that area.
The exhaust wrap seems to be holding the leak pretty well. Obviously the car isn't leak free. It should be enough though to pwn some people that I won't mention here *cough cough* geo *cough cough*.
