Hey guys, sorry, an emergency came up and i couldnt make it out tonight.

 

I will not forget the 305 homies...thats for sure...the interview was the typical situation/action/outcome scenario.but remember i was doing this over the phone no face to face interview....just had to cater different situations that I had when i was a phone rep/operations/trainer...and that was the manager/leader this Monday i had a call with the director/leader and they asked 3 questions and then 3 behavioral questions to see if i was a fit for the department....they told me to wait until tomorrow as I was driving for work...they offered the job and will have someone call me to ship my car and stuff over there...well if you guys are in the area look me up and my place is always open ....

Does the flea sell upper and lower grills for my mouth...lol

 

Jason...the position that they offered me is a Business Analyst in our real time forcast group. I will be regulating the call centers (plantation/greensboro/phoenix/vendors) and make sure that they have everyone doing what they are supposed to do..who knows maybe i will look up your company when i return..lol

So I decided to fix my kit properly. After riding in Denny's car yesterday, all I can say is dammm its fast. I want my **** working immediately.

Some time next week, probably on friday night.
I'm probably gonna remove the s-pipe/down-pipe 1st. Then remove the manifold/turbo. I'm gonna reclamp everything, and be extremely detailed. Since I know wtf i'm doing now.

I'll probably remount the fuel injectors and o-rings, to make sure there is no leak there. I'm pretty sure there isn't but i'll do it anyway.

I'm guessing i'll take me two days. I'll most likely be done sunday afternoon. Hopefully, i'll be able to solve the gasket problem properly.

Any know what would happen if I just bolt up the exhaust manifold to the turbo w/o the copper gasket???

The turbo and manifold both have machined surfaces, so they would mate up perfectly and be perfectly sealed once bolted down.
