im just saying whats going on since ppl asked... how its an excuse... i have no clue.. ill make a note to not say anything when ppl ask next time.

 

I datalogged my car last night. I'm still going to moroso, I'll only race a few times though. I noticed the coolant temp was high. Its not the timing and its not the afr. I'm thinking my water pump is going bad. I don't see oil in my coolant. I don't smell coolant in the oil (it doesn't look like chocolate milk, lol).

When I speed up, and I let off the throttle, i hear a really lowwww slowwww metal squeal, not a grinding noise. Which is typicaly of a water pump going bad from what i've researched. Since my mileage is 60k, and i've pushed my car pretty hard since I got it, im not surprised its going/gone bad.

Soooo i'm taking a few bottles of coolant and oil, just in case.
Oh yea the radiator fan is turning on, so its not that either. Its not the thermostat, because I put it in the way it was supposed to, and I don't think its an air pocket in the radiator.
I'll probably be running with the AC on max, on the hot setting So if you see me sweating, its not that i'm nervous of racing GEO, LMAO. Don't worry GEO, i'm still beating you =)

Other than that, a few people are getting their **** handed to them, lol. I just hope its not me, hahaha.

Ok so this might sound like a pretty noobish question but..how do you know when to start slowing down? lol

 

theres probably a marker at the end of the track, like at county line

 

You don't. You keep going till you hit max speed, THEN you slow down.

 

u will most likely see a white line on the road....the middle of the line should be worn out from the cars racing ya know...but u can see it closer to the sidewalls...and if u pass the timeboard u have gone past, lol
