depends on which brand u buy and the size of roll.. the one i have here is a thermotec 45ft roll that runs like 40 give or take bucks. theres also DEI and SGA. im looking for like 25 bucks for it because its brand spank new and never been used...

So, i just spent $80 on just electronic parts for labs.....i have two ziploc bags that looks like imma build a mini-bomb ahaha

 

i just bought a 2psi electric supercharger. i wanted to turn up the boost to 9, but didnt wanan swap the pulley. so im just adding an extra s/c. less hassle.

haha. ayo, i know how to wire the 4 wires now. the orange and purple wire serve the purpose of remembering the last color you used. we would be fine not using those wires, but lets say the color you had it on was red, then when you turn off the car and get back in, it will be blue (default color), so you would have to set it to red every time. so it shouldnt be hard to figure out what to plug em to. i'll get t-taps and stuff just to make the install cleaner, cuz thats how i roll.

 

lol awsome. Yea it would be pretty annoying to have to switch colors all the time so hopefully we can figure out where that one taps into. Oh and one of the wires hooks up to the lights so that when i turn on my headlights they come on right?

 

from what the tech told me, these are supposed to be lit whenever your car is on. cuz the yellow wire hooks up to a constant battery supply and the other two hook up to ignition cables. let me look into that. lol. now im a little confused. he said its not possible to dim them. so we shouldnt really hook it up to the rheostat. you want them to come on with your headlights or just when the cars on?

 

I just tapped into the fuse box for constant power.
For the ignition connections, I just tapped into one of power wires thats behind the cigarette lighter socket.

It made my life easier ^^
