Pete do you have the tool to screw/unscrew tuner lugnuts?

Mine looks like it needs a big hex key.

*Phew* Just spoke to the guy. He said the lugnut doesn't have a special lock or anything.

I can just pick up the torx 60 thingy at sears. I might head out to sears before I go the meet.

I believe this is it:

well typically tuner lug nuts come with a lock or special key ... some done and just require a regular tire iron and u can take them off or the X tire iron... but 90% of the time they come with a special socket style lock which then gets inserted into your tire iron socket so u can take the lug nuts off and on...

i dont know the ones u have i need to see them in person... also just FYI... u cant run ur stock lug nuts on the rims.. they are not chonical... .. i wouldnt waste the time putting the rims on unless u can for sure take them off.. and be able to have the lug nuts be tight.... by next week ill know more or less if i can finally order the new ones... ill keep u in the loop the minute the new ones come in..

ok word to the wise sergio... the guy was supose to give you THAT key for the lug nuts... those also break easy and u need to be careful tightening those down...

does he know were you live... or any kind of info on you... it just seems weird he would sell you the lug nuts but not the fkn key you need to put them on... if i were you i would watch your car if he knows were you live etc etc or seems to weird for my taste... but maybe im just to paranoid about ____ like that

w/e u can pick that up at sears and take a lug nut to test fit to make sure.. but those things i wouldnt trust ... ive owned them before when i was like 16-17 when i was a noob and broke one it on my 2nd time taking the lock off....just be careful... ill try to order my new ones asap..

Thanks for watching out bro. Nope he doesn't know where I live. He is actually a tuner/mechanic from texas. He drove over here with the car in a trailer to drop off to a client in fort pierce. So I had to drive up there to do the exchange. He was only in town for 2 days.

Yea I have a spare lugnut, i'll be taking to sears to test fit it. The sooner you get yours, the sooner I can buy it off you lol.

The lugs do look cheap though. Now that I think about it, he did say to get a different set of lugs, because they were already used previously. He said something like, they are pretty much good for only a few uses, but its better to exchange it.

You know your lugs pete =)
