well my lower to upper grill is almost done. getting the chrome trim to attatch to the new grill is a _____ but i finally got it...

planning on finishing it up today or tomorrow, its looking damn good, just need to clean it up and throw on a couple of flat black coats then fasten it on.

I can't go to much out of the way, with the condition my car is in.

I put 5 quarts of oil this morning, before leaving for work. When I got to work (50miles), it was almost completely gone.

So my car burns about 1 quart of oil every 10 miles >.< !

I think the only problem is the head cylinder gasket.
I looked at some vidoes on youtube, where people have broken valve seals, broken turbo seals, broken piston rings, and at idle it looks like smoke from a forrest fire.

Mine isn't like that at idle. I think it has something to do with the difference in pressure of the cooling system and oil system.
Due to the head cylinder gasket. I really can't wait to get started on it.

Pete- I checked all the bolts top to bottom and everything looks like its in place.. only thing i didnt notice was that black residue you were talking about. I'll try compressing the passenger side then the drivers side and see if theres a difference. I know ive been riding those shocks since i put in the stechs i believe over a year ago now.. lol
