I think the coilover has 32 settings >.<
Should all 4 coilovers have the same setting? or should the front be stiffer? or rear stiffer?

My car should definitely be done by then ^^
Oh yea, for some reason. I hear something metallic floating in the transmission, while its in 1st/2nd gear in low rpms. So that can't be good. I'm not sweating it, just stating I noticed it over the weekend.
I'm deciding whether to swap out the clutch or not when the tranny is replaced. It has been approximately 30k miles.
If so, would I have to swap out the pressure plate as well?
.....Or, I might just get something that can take more torque, and get a clutch/pressure plate as a set.

From what i've asked other people.
With pistons/rods. Its seems the stock sleeves give up at about 454whp.
So i'd want to keep it at 400whp, for track use only.
300whp daily driver.
No need to accelerate like a mad man, on a day-to-day basis, lmao.
With the gas prices going up all the time.

start with F = 16-18 R = 10-12
see how that feels.. im not sure how still you want it but your going to need to dial in the REAR first before moving on to the front.. its long obnoxious process...
also if your taking out your tranny u might as well put in a new clutch and flywheel while your at it.. why do the job over again if u can do it once and be done with it..
also if u have a grind u might have syncro wear... in which case is not good.. w/e gear that is is either not going to last longer or be a PITA later on to get into... if u continue to have issues a trick to help with grind and messed up syncros is using GM syncro mesh... its an addative to add to the tranny fluid to help with smoothness.. ur tranny fluid might be low also...
