Yea, its like a whole scene =)

Both cars are off.

Both cars turn on while holding on brake pedal, so thats why rear tails are on.

Then both headlights go on, (plus the Tc's fog lights, lol)

They are ready to race.... both cars spins the wheels, respectively, FWD and RWD.

After a few seconds, the FWD's rear wheels hook, and the RWD front wheels hook.
